A Personal, Professional Service:

We are a member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the National Association of Estate Agents ensuring we provide a professional service. You should always work with professionally recognised and qualified surveyors when buying or selling property in the Stokesley area.

Wherever you see the RICS mark, you know you can rely on it. The chartered or technical surveyor designations (the letters after a member’s name; e.g. FRICS behind Francis' name), the words 'Regulated by RICS' (when used by a firm), and the presence of the RICS logo, are all there for a good reason. They are your reassurance that you are using a fully-qualified property professional or business, working to the highest standards of competence, and committed to following RICS' rules and regulations.
